Armed robbers hold up Penn Hills gas station
PENN HILLS, Pa. -- Police are investigating after a convenience store worker in Penn Hills was robbed at gunpoint overnight.
The robbery happened shortly before 11 p.m. at the Sunoco along Rodi Road.
Channel 11 News learned the robbers, one armed with a gun, demanded cash and cigarettes. The worker complied and the men fled with about $300, police said.
The female worker was not injured.
Police used K-9s to search the area, but no one was found.
